Не могу подобрать устройство для сканера( ### 1/5 — Не работает! *2018-09-10* Ничего не грузится( ### 1/5 — App doesn't even load anymore *2017-05-09* This worked well enough on my phone a few app releases ago, but now the app crashes immediately after opening, even with restarting. iPhone 7. This software with the update does not support the iSense scanner more. I would call that a scam and embarrassment. This app should be dropped form the App Store. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work, because it's not supposed to. *2016-07-30* I was exited to read that they had doubled the resolution of this ABSOLUTELY MEDIOCRE PRODUCT, but not surprisingly after "updating" the app, it no longer works. After a quick Google search my suspicions were confirmed: this software no longer works because I purchased the "iSense" version of the Structure scanner. This was an intentional move from the creators of the scanner to punish users who bought this IDENTICAL product through 3D Systems (who also completely abandoned their customers). It's very telling that the makers of the Structure scanner decided to go this route even though they have already profited from a licensing deal that was in place at the time I purchased this $500 door stop. But then, this product was always a piece of garbage. Anyone actually interested in quality scans should check out Photoscan by Agisoft. ### 1/5 — Se *2016-07-18* Sensor is still not detected! Please fix. ### 3/5 — Works well but software could be so much better *2015-09-02* It works well. I have issues with sharp corners, shiny objects, and some dark colored objects. I wish that I could view previous scans in the software and didn't have to rely on email as the only data retrieval method. ### 4/5 — I kinda love it *2014-12-28* I have the Structure Sensor and this app is by far the best and easiest to use. I would say that ItSeez3D is still better for capturing human faces, I use Scanner for just about everything else. This app is intuitive to use, the box shape in the middle is the scanning area, and it responds well to resizing to capture small or large objects. This app does capture color data, unlike some others. This color data appears seamlessly on your Sketchfab site and in Meshlab. I still have some trouble getting the color data into Maya. I hope they keep refining the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-05-11* I bought the ST02D-C scanner when it was first released. The software was flakey then. Now years later only to find the old SDK that I have a license for is now locked behind a paywall subscription. Waste of money. При нажатии на email пишет: No Mail Accounts. Please set a Mail account in order to send email. Нажимаешь Ок Пишет: The email could not be sent. Please make sure an email account is properly setup on this device. При этом нигде не предлагает задать адрес и нигде не сказано, как это сделать? Файл создан, обработан, а потом просто удаляется, тк сохранить его не возможно. Сенсор 1 поколения, использую с iPad mini 3 ### 1/5 — Cannot Recommend *2019-10-11* If you are planning on getting the mark II for this app, Don’t do it. The mark II structure sensor just doesn’t work. Tried on multiple devices and it just doesn’t hold a charge. Looking at their return policy, once you open the product you can’t return it. Basically I am stuck with a $400 door stop. ### 1/5 — Mk II *2019-09-25* 1) Show Stopper - sensor frequently doesn’t connect / flaky 2) Show Stopper - when there is a iOS battery warning, the app stops scanning and all scanned date is lost. Horrible! 3) Battery life seems to be extremely low - and no way to charge the sensor while scanning Other issues: 1) no way to keep the images to later texture after fixing holes or modifying the mesh! Could be so much better! 2) doesn’t have a texture resolution setting - for example what if we want a 16K texture. Should have an option to use full 12MP on each photo! Quality thrown away... ### 1/5 — Still 100% broken on newer iPhones *2019-02-07* This app requires the Calibrator app and that still freezes at the 1st step, “Detecting lens” :( No response from support in several months. **Developer response:** Would you please send us an email support@structure.io with the iPhone you are trying to use, the serial number of your sensor and whether or not you have an attachment case for your iPhone. Love it so far!!!!!!!!! *2014-07-17, version 1.0* I've only used this for a short time, so my opinion may improve........ As a starting point, and comparing it to Skanect, I think it is great. I was not sure they could pull it off considering the processing required by skanect. It is still lacking many features, but it works and has not crashed yet. The loss of tracking can happen but it is better then skanect. I can still get better surface detail quality with Skanect. Would love to see selectable scan box sizes like skanect and the ability to save on the tablet. Other then learning issues trying get things in the scanning box, it works. Пожалуйста добавьте текстуры ### 4/5 — Good work *2015-05-15* And needs support like the iPad for color and texture detail. I'm not buying an iPad just for this feature. Also it would be great to get higher detail scan data. Currently the models are good but lose a lot of detail once captured. Best size for capture is busts or faces from the shoulder up. Anything smaller will not work and anything bigger will be too low resolution. Hopefully in the future there will be a way to acquire high, mid and low frequency detail. Needs normal maps support. ### 4/5 — Great app, could use live color texture *2015-04-10* I'm a big fan of the Structure sensor so far. I've been using it with my iPhone 6+. Unfortunately this app does not have live texture reconstruction to your scanned models (I've been post processing with DSLR images) .
