The resolution is very poor. It is in black and white only. No way one can contact the Customer service as the push button on each email inside the app is grey, i. e. not working. After paying almost $50 for the extra features to do this, the app wouldn’t even allow me to email or get access to the pdf outside of the app. When I emailed support to get help, they had no solutions for me to get my PDFs out of the app nor did they know how to process a refund. So now, $50 the poorer, I have moved on to other apps that actually work (and for free). Don’t waste your time or money with this app - It’s a scam. ### 1/5 — Cheats : Please avoid downloading these apps, *2020-06-23* I tried downloading this app for trial , the features were alright but nothing outstanding. In 3 days I was charged 3950 for annual subscription. There are much better apps that you can get in much lower prices. Contacted seller and they are pointing towards apple support , so I am not sure if who is the cheat here the seller or apple. Apple support says they have determined that this is not eligible for refund or Ben though I do not want to use this. Beware of these frauds and avoid buying these type of products even on trial basis.
