"Wrong format" Image not saved. ### 1/5 — Does not work with iPhone 11 *2021-04-07* Does not work with iPhone 11 ### 2/5 — Saves to iCloud *2019-06-14* I wanted to have it save to my exchange contacts on the phone but it is always defaulting to the iCloud even when the settings on my phone have exchange. No way to contact them for support. My associate recommended this app as he said it reads cards well. Haven’t had it read the best either. Not sure what happened but the card I scan are not in my contacts list not sure how to find them I have been scanning cards for weeks that I received from events and when I go looking for them to follow up with a potential client I can’t find them. The rest of the time I get an error message that the business card could not be saved. I have to reset the app and try again- typically to mixed results. When it does work, it misses some of the data on the card and won’t pull over the LinkedIn avatars. My email to support two weeks ago has had zero response, automated or otherwise.
