## What is ScanQueue?

ScanQueue is the staff app for businesses that run their queues, bookings, and walk-ins with ScanQueue. See your whole operation live, call the next guest, and keep every counter moving — from the phone in your pocket or an iPad at the counter.

Every device sees the same queue in real time. A walk-in added at the front desk appears instantly on every phone and tablet — and when the connection wavers, ScanQueue automatically falls back to polling and tells you exactly what mode it's in. No stale screens, no guessing.
