I always get 2 or more answers to a question, making it extremely confusing as it never clears up which one is correct. Also, the chat function is completely useless as it doesn't answer your question. it just rewords it and asks it again, as if that will help. To add the router was good but again only 5 questions could be asked. I did not see any warning or heads up about this in the App Store page for this app. I am highly disappointed in how this has turned out. So my reasoning for the lower rating is all the above.
