Tried for 2 hours to scan my product and it just does not work. They don’t have a customer service team to reply to so I’m not sure how this will be fixed especially with a company as large as DuPont that heavily relies on this non functioning product. ### 1/5 — Hard to use with little to no features *2024-08-01* Been trying to scan and take a QR on my Mobil for hours but no results super frustrating ### 5/5 — Very Promising! *2016-07-28* Based on what one can read on their website and various articles and reports written about the company, this might just be THE system of the future. I really hope more companies will catch on. All seems to work like they say it does. I couldn't crack it like I was able with another system that promised a fancy anti-counterfeiting solution.
