For one, the guy that you play walks extremely slow and it takes forever just to get from point A to point B. And with him talking to multiple females, they are placed throughout the school on different floor levels so having to walk from the first floor to reach the stairs to walk up to the third floor, it seriously takes forever, it’s incredibly annoying and I found myself bored very fast. When you finally get to the part where Lisa is after you, she traps you in the school and you’re supposed to collect clues to escape before she can find you but she turns all the lights off and so you’re walking around in the dark, making it difficult to even see where any clues could be. Not only is Jack’s walking ability extremely slow and it’s dark but there are no indications as to where the clues even are…. The arrow just keeps showing you where to escape but without the clues it won’t let you. As you are walking around at a turtle’s pace, Lisa inevitably finds you and will stab you. Jack is so incredibly slow you cannot run away or even defend yourself.. once she sees you it’s already game over. I had high hopes that this game would be fun but it’s not. Gameplay is extremely slow to start and the rest of it is even more underwhelming. But when you actually get the game, it doesn’t do that stuff. It doesn’t give you the backstory, it just gives you a bunch of lame pranks to do on your girlfriend. And it’s also very unrealistic, for one thing, whenever you even SEE your girlfriend, she kills you and you lose. And if that itself just wasn’t boring enough the controls make it unbearable! Your character moves incredibly slow and the “sprint” button makes you move at a walking pace basically.
