Purchased multiple times to access some premium hunts, each time payment would “fail”. Restoring purchases resulted in telling me I’ve never purchased premium subscription. Managing app subscription confirms active premium subscription. Otherwise limited free hunts

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for the detailed feedback, and I'm sorry this happened. Getting charged and then not seeing your Premium hunts is genuinely frustrating, and you did all the right troubleshooting on your end.

The good news: your Premium subscription is active, and we've resolved the purchase/restore issue that was causing this. To unlock everything now:

Log out of the app completely, then log back in
Go to Profile → Restore Purchases
If needed, force-close and reopen the app

Because you mentioned trying to purchase several times, I also want to make sure you weren't double-charged in the process. Please email us at support@brawndesign.com with your account email, and we'll personally review your purchase history and sort out any duplicate charges right away.

Once you're back in, you'll have full access to all Premium and Hunt Pack content — and if there's a theme you'd love for your groups, you can suggest hunt ideas right in the Browse Hunts tab. We'd genuinely love to make the next one great for you.
