I found this app through a reddit comment!  From the very beginning of my bachelorette right though to the next morning, every single attendee was hooked! It encouraged folk to mingle, and create some incredible memories. 

Because of the feature where you can attach an image to a question, I was able to make "recreate this image" prompts too which were loads of fun.

The app is easy to use and Eric had so much fun! Only feedback to make it better: We couldn’t get any audio playback on videos. It would be great of there was a way to see all items for each mission together. The only way to see everybody else’s stuff is scrolling up and down the feeds. We loved the real time feed feature to see the progress of other teams.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review, Ann. We have some great news! The latest version of Scavos (1.53) includes a new "Gallery" tab where you can easily browse the photos and videos submitted by other players in your game. The Gallery can even organize submissions by mission!

Regarding your issue with audio playback, this can happen if the player that submitted the video doesn't grant Scavos audio permissions. We could not allow submissions like this, but we think it's better to give players the option to submit silent videos if that's what they prefer. Also, audio does not play in the live feed--only when you tap on a video. If you're experiencing issues with audio playback, feel free to reach out to hello@scavos.com and we can investigate more.

We used this for our daughter’s 9th birthday. We did a mall scavenger hunt. 

Pros: 
- pre-populated missions/tasks, so you don’t need to think up missions/tasks
- can customize/edit missions/tasks
- submissions has time stamp, so we know if submission was within timeframe of hunt
- mission/task variety: can be a riddle, video, puzzle, or photo
- photos are downloadable
- easy to use for all team members
- access code ensures no one could peek at the list ahead of time

Cons:
- pop-up ads (free version)
- our team leads complained about how the hunt drained their phone batteries

After shopping around and testing several apps, this was hands down the best for our party. What made it even better was we had no hiccups, glitches, or trouble!

I created a game, logged out, and logged back in as a guest to do some testing. Once I did that there was no option to log back out. I was stuck there even if I uninstalled and re-installed the app. I wanted to use this for a day with my nephews stuck indoors but now I can’t?

This app is great! Easy to put scavenger hunts together and even do multiple hunts at the same time. I love the feed where you can see others pictures participating in the hunt. 5 stars!
