I already contact the customer service, and they cannot even help you unlock or purpose any permanent solution to this problem. Now… the worst. This app is the epitome SCB’s dive into the depths of banking decline. I defy you to try and get a statement sent to you via this app. This service was ceased around 4 years ago. Try and contact customer service. This was ceased around the same time. You could always ask for help via their Line app. Your question will be entirely ignored and yet you will bombarded with marketing junk. I have had to ‘moderate’ my language here. It consistently crashes and repeatedly prompts for an update, despite there being no discernible improvements over the previous version. As I have relocated abroad and changed my phone and number, the application has become practically unusable—impeding online communication and coordination far more than other banking platforms. To access basic services, I am frequently compelled to return to Thailand in person. On several occasions, I have been unable to log in for three to four days due to persistent system failures. Such disruption compromises the app’s reliability during critical times. Additionally, the call center support is ineffective for customers outside Thailand and offers no resolution during overseas travel. I strongly advise all users to maintain alternative payment methods, as relying solely on this app is unsafe.
