## What is Scenario Translate?

Scenario puts voice input and a context-aware translator into one app, so you can read, write and speak another language without leaving the app you are already in.

VOICE INPUT ANYWHERE
Tap the mic and speak; your words land as text in whatever app you are in. Inside Scenario you pick the engine: Apple's built-in recognition, an on-device model (iOS 18 and later), or cloud transcription with LLM cleanup.

CONTEXT-AWARE TRANSLATION
Hand Scenario a whole article, chat or document instead of one line at a time. It translates with the full context intact: pronouns stay right, terminology stays consistent, the writing stays natural. Keep a scenario and a glossary per conversation, and export results to CSV.

PHOTO OCR
Take a photo or pick an image and Scenario lifts the text with Apple Vision, then translates it. Menus, signs, screenshots, book pages.

SYSTEM TRANSLATION INTEGRATION
Built on the iOS Translation extension point, so Scenario can serve translations from system entry points instead of only inside its own window.

DICTIONARY, VOCABULARY AND READ-ALOUD
An offline dictionary with phonetics and example sentences, a vocabulary list that syncs across your devices, and one-tap read-aloud of any result.

PRIVACY
• You choose where translation and transcription run
• Speech can be recognised on device on iOS 18 and later
• Scenario respects the system pasteboard concealment flag
