## What is SceneProof?

Document conditions, damage and handovers with photos, notes and timestamps. SceneProof turns your pictures into structured reports for rental cars, apartments, accommodation and borrowed equipment.

• Collect images through the iOS share sheet, then assign them to a report from the import inbox

START FOR FREE
Create up to two open reports with up to 20 photos each. Basic templates, notes, local storage and PDF export with a SceneProof notice are included. App lock is available without a purchase, too. Before/after documentation, optional photo pairs and comparisons in the basic PDF are included for free. The 20-photo limit per report is shared across before, after and general photos.

MORE WITH PREMIUM
Premium removes the Free report and photo limits and adds custom templates, projects, note snippets, advanced search, recurring reports and additional PDF layouts. Export ZIP evidence packages and CSV files, add photo annotations and structured findings, or use on-device text and code recognition and manual photo-quality hints.

LOCAL AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL
Local documentation works offline, without a SceneProof account, advertising or tracking SDKs. Photo analysis runs on your device. Purchases, purchase restoration, optional location-name lookup and iCloud require a connection to Apple.

With Premium, optionally sync supported report and photo data through your personal iCloud. Annotations, findings and local analysis results are not included in this sync. Portable backups are a separate Premium feature; they contain original photos and are not password-encrypted.

SceneProof assists documentation but does not guarantee legal evidentiary value or completeness. Photo-quality hints are not automatic damage detection. Annotations and redactions do not change original photos; review exports before sharing.

• Guided before/after documentation: Capture the initial condition, then add after photos when returning an item or moving out. Photos, notes and progress stay separate. Comparisons are also included in the free basic PDF.
• A clearer report workflow: Focus on one checklist item at a time and use the overview to jump to another item whenever needed.
• Import multiple photos from your library with progress and clear feedback. Photos already imported remain in the report if you cancel.
• Redesigned Premium photo editor: Draw freehand, use a recognized shape or switch back to your original stroke. Select, move, resize and delete annotations directly. The current text size is displayed. Original photos stay unchanged.
• Improved labels, FAQs and layouts for larger text sizes.

Free still includes two open reports and a total of 20 photos per report, shared across before, after and general photos.
