### 1/5 — Login fails

*2024-06-09*

All access has stopped up until 2 days ago. Company does not respond so I’m guessing they are out of business.

### 1/5 — Locked out of app

*2024-06-09*

I was logged out of app and tried logging in but it just stops trying. Can’t get in. Cameras unusable without the app.

### 2/5 — Not great technology - MAYBE OUT OF BUSINESS

*2024-06-07*

Update: They seem to have gone out of business. App went white. No response after multiple attempts through multiple paths.

___
The hardware provides really great resolution but poor motion response and very low resilience. The software is decidedly “OK”. Great example of software design flaw is the feedback / support page that requires manual user entry of data stored elsewhere in the app (email, serial number). A complete pain. Biggest flaw in the overall system is poor resilience, which is a terrible and unforgivable flaw in a security system. If the gateway loses power or the cameras lose connection, 50% chance you’ll need to touch each device. Remote access does nothing. I have a Ring system and a Scenestek system installed side-by-side. The Scenestek System has higher resolution but camera reaction time is so poor that it misses most event triggers. You can walk by it quickly and it takes video after you’ve passed, whereas Ring captures your approach. Seriously immature system. I’ll revise my review if they update the weaknesses.

### 1/5 — App unusable

*2024-04-19*

After a year, it kicked me out of my app. I cannot login anymore, always gives me an error message. I am traveling and cannot set up cameras again under new login. I cannot reach customer service, since you have to log in to do so. So, all cameras are completely unusable right now.

### 2/5 — Not great technology

*2022-12-23, version 1.6.6*

### 5/5 — Easy to setup w/default options…

*2022-05-25, version 1.5.4*

Once you d/l the app, it will step you through adding your camera(s). Simple & quick to do. There are a LOT of options within the app, for each camera you have...

For instance, you can turn ON/OFF the following: Motion Sensing (also allows you to set the sensitivity Hi/Med/Low); Infrared Light ON/OFF/AUTO (ie for night vision in darkness); Set exact Detection Zone via grid; Schedule for Motion Events (ie If garbage man runs each Tue between 10:00-10:30am, have camera capture such.); Turn Front Red (indicator) LED on/off; Rotate Video 180 degrees; Set Max Shooting Time, as well as the Interval Trigger Time (ie # secs to wait after recording, until a new recording should tape); Set Volume Level; Set a Snooze Time (30 mins - 4hrs); Set Snapshot (ie Photo) to be taken at a regular interval (ie every 10 min - 4 hrs) between normal video captures.

While the software isn’t 100% intuitive, it is not difficult to figure out once you play with it for a bit.

👍 Overall, I am well-satisfied with my purchase. Recommended ✨✨✨

### 5/5 — Easy to setup and use.

*2022-04-23, version 1.4.0*

Installation of the software and setup was flawless. The instructions included with the device and software are easy to follow and intuitive.
The software allows for a variety of options and settings including, device name, scheduling up/down time, snooze, snapshot between recordings, disable a device and respond to motion alerts.
Each individual camera has the following basic settings, led (on/off), motion detection strength, setting detection zone, night vision, video rotation, how long to record and time between events.
The video feed is not in real time, about a three second delay. This is due to the feed being encrypted and sent via the internet to your device for remote viewing.
Only issue I had was accessing each camera’s basic settings. Took several attempts before the options would open. Did not have any trouble beyond the first attempt.
Overall I am impressed with the ease of use and setup. The options include everything I can imagine would be necessary for security cameras.

### 1/5 — For the price of the cameras, this app is horrible

*2022-03-31, version 1.4.0*

After paying what we paid for the cameras, I would expect the app to not crash or be as slow as it is at times. I’ve been trying to log into the app for the past hour and it’s still not logging in.
