Personal, convenient, loyal, SCCU for the WIN! ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit *2025-09-17* System is terrible ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2023-01-20* Payments I make on my automobile loan using the mobile-app are taken out of my bank account, but remain “pending” and are never processed by SCCU. They even reported my account delinquent for $4.00 to one of the credit reporting agencies after one particular month in which I tried to make a payment using the app. This dropped my credit score 30 points. Dont use this credit union and definitely dont use their shoddy app. ### 5/5 — User Experience/Mobile Deposit *2021-12-30* Why offer mobile check deposit if your are going to make it complicated to use?
