Zoom over, nope. Calendar functionality for appointment is mediocre and not realtime. Checking out requires entering payment information again. They tell me to delete the app and reload again, but still the same, does not work. Tried deleting & re-installing the app & it didn’t work. Also annoying that you can’t schedule 2 dogs together. I've verbalized the issue to staff but no one seems to know how to fix it. This is not a "me" issue but apparently a global limitation with the app. Scheduling should be foundational. Please fix this. ### 2/5 — Not optimized for all devices *2023-01-27* I like using the app on the iPad because my old eyes can see better on the larger screen. Since the last update, I can’t schedule appointments because the times don’t show up. I have to call or dig out my reading glasses to use on my phone. Please fix the app for larger devices. Also, would it be possible to develop a version via the website so we can book on the computer? My phone has way too many apps and I really don’t want to download another one. ### 3/5 — Would be great if it worked all the time. *2022-11-06* Has great features which make getting appointments easy, even paying via the app to speed up time in the center - but I’ve had to delete and reload multiple times because it stops updating and shows my past appointment as my next one. Also shows charges for no-show that weren’t charged which makes you get upset for a bit then speak to someone to realize it wasn’t charged. Then I try to reset my password, and it says it cannot find an account with my email address. So then I click register, and I type in the same email address, and it says that an account is already found with that email address. So then I hit send password, and it says it cannot find an account without email address. I have called the store and had them reset my email multiple times and nobody can get this stupid app to work. **Developer response:** We apologize for this inconvenience! My neighbor had the same issue a week before I thought I’d try it out! Never again! Repeatedly entered my information to receive a password reset via email since there is no option to create a password when registering or logging in for first time. Makes it impossible to use the app ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work AT ALL *2023-12-19, version 2.5.8* I’ve been trying to register for days. Every time I attempt to make an account I get “Error: Internal Error”. Instead of continuing to advertise and expand maybe fix your services you need in order to maintain any clients at all. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-09-07* I’ve been trying to book an appointment and when I get to the screen with the calendar to book it, all I get is the little wheel turning…..like the screen is refreshing, BUT it never stops so I can’t book it. This has been going on for a week. I’ve logged out several times, deleted and reinstalled 3 times, and turned my phone off and back on. Nothing clears it. I hope this gets fixed. He is a King Charles Cavalier who needs regular attention to his beautiful coat. The staff at Scenthound does a beautiful job helping to care for him and his overall health by attending closely to details. I am also constantly impressed with the professional caring staff. ### 5/5 — Clean birthday Creamy *2025-12-26* Creamy came home sweet and clean. On just her second visit, she was excited and happy to go in. They must be doing something right with her. ### 5/5 — Dog So Happy-Big Furry Pet *2025-09-20* Meechie needed a haircut. He’s a big dog, 80 pounds, lots of hair, matted. I needed help. I made an appointment with Scenthound, and what all dog owners want is for their dog to be treated kindly, and as their own. Upon arrival and discussing his treatment plan, I was given choices on what to expect from his 1st visit on his hair length and cut and was kept in loop once his treatment started. My dog got 5-star service all the way. All services he received were top notch: hair cut, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, and oh my gosh, what a difference in my dog’s behavior afterwards. He’s restful, has a smile on his face, looks gorgeous (didn’t recognize him at first). He received top notch service, and patience from staff and I can’t say how happy I am at how well I was treated as well. I am now officially a member and am looking forward to his next visit in October. Thanks again for your top notch service. ### 5/5 — Very pleased *2025-04-15* I do all my communicating by text, phone, or in person, so I cannot comment on the app, but the services are wonderful! I have 3 standard Aussie farm dogs (think burrs in coat, skunk blasts, muddy…). Because of this service, my dogs are clean (most of the time), rarely have any mats, toenails are kept short. It’s much less time consuming for me to drop the dogs off, run a couple of errands, and come back to pick up my clean dogs. I have the basic package, but I add the deshedding treatment once a quarter, and my house stays much cleaner as a result. Give them a try! They work hard to please, and they clearly love dogs. ### 5/5 — Review *2024-09-13* I think this was my 3rd time to take my 2 dogs in for baths and nail trim etc. They are trying very hard to do absolutely everything they can do to accommodate all wishes of dog owners. They take good notes in hopes to make each visit exactly what the owner wants. I’ve been very happy with the treatment we have received at Scenthound’s. We go once a month and it’s nice to schedule our next appt before we leave the dog spa. Great, caring experience for our 2 dogs. I am very happy with Scenthound’s. Glenda Dennis ### 5/5 — River Oaks Scenter *2024-07-26* Hendrix my Maltipoo has hair that needs constant maintenance. Scenthound has 3 great memberships to choose from! I choose the ultimate one where I get unlimited essentials for a clean/healthy pup. The first visit at the scenter was amazing bc everyone there was so nice with great customer service. Hendrix had a ton of matted hair clumps and he looked amazing when I picked him up with a super short summer cut and a cute Scenthound bandanna. The app is not calibrated properly I do wish his wellness check would show up on the app as well as in the e-mail. Also, I took my shot records in but it doesn’t show up in the app, I have to put that info in myself. But, you are able to book appointments conveniently which is nice. The ultimate package is going to make it super affordable to keep Hendrix’s hair way more manageable. Now I’m not worried to let him get as dirty as he wants at the dog park bc I can book as many baths for him as I need.
