I don’t understand. I can’t set anything up. I tried connecting the device and creating an account and it’s impossible! Piece of trash!

I bought this diffuser and wanted to try the remote option.  I’m trying to just login/create an account and it’s impossible to navigate… I think I have entered my email and/or phone number 10 times and it cannot seem to move forward after that. Cheap product and very cheap app. Don’t trust it

This was expensive and this is a piece of trash. Nothing connect and doesn’t work. Save your money and buy something else.

Doesn’t connect, I closed and reopened the app and it logged me out, when I re-logged in it said user doesn’t exist. All around difficult to use and not worth the struggle. Just use the other options on the diffuser.

Really disappointing Bluetooth and WiFi both don’t work. I have 2 products both don’t connect to Bluetooth. Purchased other brands and hey worked right away. Cheap diffusers also not made well was very disappointed

Whenever I create a schedule for my diffuser I select the “grade”option in the app but it automatically switches to the “custom” time setting whenever I close and reopen the app. This stops my diffuser from dispensing as much of a scent as I’m desiring.

I can’t get the password to go in, but it’s not allowing me to reset the password. I’m not sure what to do at this point. It operates when I plug it in but when I try to put the other one into identified, it keeps saying my password is wrong, but it never offers me a chance to fix

The app worked pretty good with my iPhone 16. iOS 17 and iPhone 17 it stopped connecting despite finding the device. Waiting on a repair.

This diffuser and app work great. It was easy to set up and the controls are simple to use. I love being able to schedule it during office hours. The scent smells so good in my office and creates a really nice atmosphere.
