My Mini diffuser paired without much trouble, but it doesn't consistently follow the schedule I've set. The Air 2 diffuser has been even more frustrating—it often struggles to pair and doesn't always stay connected. Although I've managed to pair it in the past, the process took a very long time and was far more difficult than it should be. Like the Mini, it also has issues reliably following scheduled settings. Considering the price of these products, the software experience significantly lacks. I can still operate the diffusers manually, but one of the main reasons I purchased them was for the app-based scheduling and control features. Unfortunately, those features have not worked as expected and the technology needs significant improvements. I hope the company addresses these software bugs because the diffusers themselves are excellent build quality and the scent quality is outstanding. ### 1/5 — Not working as scheduled *2026-06-23, version 1.1.1* This app does not allow you to set scheduled times! I’ve been troubleshooting for 17 days and finally deciding I just need to return and they will not because it’s supposed to be returned within 14 days! They will not stay connected and one I just set it in a bedroom in came on when first connected and now it’s not working at all! I even paid for the protection and they will not let me speak to a human and/or replace the 2 minis! These are pricy and I’m irritated that it’s only a 14 day window when I paid extra for protection! The schedule works great to turn on but when it needs to shut off it never does. The app continues to say the firmware needs to be updated. I’ve tried to update at least 6 times. It takes 4 minutes each time. At the end, it says the update can’t be completed. I called customer support and they were no help. They asked me to open a ticket on a link they emailed me and said they would call me within 48 hours. Customer service is not the companies strong suit. ### 1/5 — Bad. Just Bad. *2026-06-03, version 1.1.0* You almost have to try to make an app this bad. There is no way to unpair/unlink/delete a diffuser. The Smart Scheduling feature does not work whatsoever. The diffusers just run, ignoring any and all schedules you might assign. The diffuser update feature is also horrible. Overall, a bad experience with an even worse app and product. ### 1/5 — Junk *2026-06-02, version 1.1.0* Yes, I bought several of these three to be exact. Can’t get any of them to connect to the Wi-Fi so I try Bluetooth and it connects and it sets certain loads and loads and loads won’t do an update pretty much stopped working not satisfied with the product at all. ### 4/5 — Schedule issues *2026-05-31, version 1.1.0* Everything with this system has done what I expected. Great product but the app does not allow you to create a schedule. Says to enter your email and continue but does not actually give you options of timing when the device will go off. Then it turned On and stayed on when it felt like it making the house too strong. Then the app updated and it worked great for two weeks. It kicked me out of the app and it on a weird schedule I didn't set up. I have to manually turn it off several Times a day. It no longer will connect to wifi. I want to love this so badly. Scents are amazing. When on the right schedule, it works great in my 2500 sq foot house (pro 2) but the app is so bad- I'm going to a competitor. ### 1/5 — Poor products *2026-05-29, version 1.1.0* I have three Mini 2 LE diffusers, and all three have stopped working. I have already received several replacements, but they end up doing the same thing. They stop misting, and the motor inside eventually fails. The last two replacements failed after one day. One day those replacements lasted. WTH?! The app also keeps deleting my diffusers. Ever since I ordered my first Scentiment diffuser almost two years ago, it has been nothing but problems. I was hoping the issues would be resolved with the release of updated products, but that has not been the case. Now my Diffuser Air II units are also failing, and I am past the return window for a refund. The battery on all Scentiment diffusers is poor too. How can my diffuser from Amazon that hadn’t been used in almost 3 months still have a charge and last 12 hours!? This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2026-05-26, version 1.1.0* The app will not completely connect to the diffuser. It will condo far then nothing. I try to use the schedule setting and it won’t work. I can turn the diffuser on with the app but it goes off in about 4 seconds ### 1/5 — App is awful *2026-05-25, version 1.0.17* I have tried several times to use this app. It consistently locks me out like I’m trying to get into Fort Knox. It continue to give me a login error when I know my info is correct. When I try to reset my password, which was already done within the last month, it sends me a OTP. By the time I receive that email, I’m closed out of it again and have to start over. It’s infuriating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pretty useless *2026-08-13, version 1.1.1* Sometimes one of my diffusers works on the schedule. Sometimes it doesn’t. The other one never works on the schedule times. And any time I turn it on manually at low, it just keeps turning it up to medium. This app is horrible. Buy a different diffuser and don’t waste your time with this app. ### 1/5 — Connection and other issues *2026-08-11, version 1.1.1* I am tired of this thing not connecting, and then choosing to connect whenever it wants. My Internet connection is fine and my phone chooses the 2.4 which even the app confirms. It’s just the final”handshake” at the end of trying to connect that is failing. So I cannot use this on Wi-Fi only Bluetooth. And devices sometimes show that they are off when they are not, also, diffusers seem to come on or turn off whenever they want. Very frustrating I think I would be better off buying a cheap one! It NEVER worked on any level. This 2.0 app wasn’t working about a month ago, I had just given up hope on this company’s apps. But two days ago I decided to try it again and FFS!!!! It works like a charm. It allows me to fully complete the process and connect to all of my devices. It’s ABOUT TIME!!!! Thank you!
