Have deleted app, restarted phone, re downloaded/signed in. Still sits on the loading screen saying it will take a few minutes but never gets past that. Have reached out to support- was told to do all of these things, gave info on my phone, version, browser etc. was told to keep trying- to no avail. No update on what’s being done to my support ticket that was left open. ### 1/5 — Not downloading *2024-07-13* I have removed the app multiple times and redownloaded it. Nothing seems to work for me. ### 2/5 — App loading *2024-07-10* I was able to download the app but when I click on it and load my sign in it just sits and spins and tell me it’s loading my information and may take a few minutes. Well a few minutes has turned into hours and it still won’t log in. **Developer response:** So sorry you aren't able to log in. Could you "force close" the app and try again? If that doesn't work please call consultant support at 1-877-855-0617 with your consultant ID.
