Schaddel is the KVG's on-demand service that intelligently complements buses and trams with an attractive service. At night throughout the city, during the day in the Langes Feld and Kassel industrial park. Fully electric, emission-free, digital and individually tailored to your needs. Trips can be easily booked and paid for using the app. Schaddel gets you to your destination flexibly and safely. And it's that simple: register once in the app and drive off straight away: enter the start and destination address, the app immediately shows which vehicle is taking over the journey, when it will arrive at the meeting point and how much the journey costs. All you have to do now is book and pay automatically via the app. Then use the routing function to walk a few steps to the meeting point and track live in the app where the vehicle is currently located and when it will arrive at the meeting point. After boarding, Schaddel takes his passengers directly to their destination. If other customers with a similar destination receive trip requests that match the route, these will be combined into one trip. But don't worry, the maximum detour is defined. Dazu kommt das sie einfach fahren wie sie wollen und für einen 10min weg manchmal ungelogen 50min brauchen …. Also leider absolut gar nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann erstens keine uhrzeit auswählen wann ich fahren möchte zweitens sagt er mir jedesmal kein shaddel verfügbar obwohl direkt vor mir ein leeres shaddel steht!! Und dies ist kein einzelfall sogut wie jeder meiner arbeitskollegen hat das gleiche problem und morgens stehen immer 2-5leute an der haltestelle die zuarbeit müssen und alle kein shaddel buchen können !!!!!Auserdem ist das auswählen der route 10mal komplizierter und ungenauer geworden als früher.
