Wir hatten in Österreich und Slowenien durch SCHAU AUFS LAND einmalige Stellplätze mit unvergleichlichen Erlebnissen! Ein Gänsehof, ein Pferdehof und ein Weinbauer. Alle unglaublich gastfreundlich. Danke für diese App-Idee.

Je me suis inscrit le 14/07 sur 5 demande d’hébergement trois n’on jamais décroché leur téléphone une m’a raccroché au nez et le cinquième m’a répondu 
« Alors excuse moi, ca ne functionne pas. Camping trop grande, et midi trop tot. . .

**Developer response:** Es tut uns sehr leid, dass deine ersten Erfahrungen mit Schau aufs Land enttäuschend waren – das ist natürlich nicht der Eindruck, den wir hinterlassen möchten.

Wie wir dir bereits in einer persönlichen E-Mail erklärt haben, hattest du offenbar einfach etwas Pech. Unsere Partnerbetriebe sind keine klassischen Campingplätze, sondern landwirtschaftliche Höfe, die aus Überzeugung und mit Freude ihre Stellplätze zur Verfügung stellen – aber eben neben ihrer täglichen Arbeit am Hof. Deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass ein Anruf nicht sofort beantwortet wird oder eine Anfrage – gerade bei sehr kurzfristiger Planung – nicht möglich ist.

Auch ist es vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn ein Hof eine Anfrage ablehnt, etwa weil dein Campingfahrzeug zu groß ist oder die gewünschte Anreisezeit nicht passt. Eine höfliche Absage per SMS – wie du sie erhalten hast – ist dann keine Unfreundlichkeit, sondern einfach ein ehrliches Feedback.

Was zusätzlich eine Rolle spielen kann, ist die Sprache: Viele unserer Gastgebenden sprechen gut Englisch, aber Französisch ist im ländlichen Raum selten. Für Anfragen per Telefon oder SMS empfehlen wir daher grundsätzlich Englisch.

Deine E-Mail an uns wurde übrigens noch am Sonntag beantwortet – inklusive einer Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung für dein Widerrufsrecht. Deine Zahlung kannst du also vollständig zurückerhalten. Der Vorwurf eines „Betrugs“ ist daher unbegründet.

Wir wünschen dir weiterhin schöne Reisen – und vielleicht gibst du unserem Konzept zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ja doch nochmal eine Chance.

c’est vraiment dommage que vous une telle impression ayez eue – surtout, sans nous avoir écrit par e-mail auparavant.

Nous aurions aimé savoir quels hébergements vous avez contactés et combien, car ce n’est vraiment pas courant que personne ne réponde. Tous les hébergements sont des exploitations agricoles privées – selon la saison ou la charge de travail, il se peut qu’un séjour ne soit pas toujours possible. Mais dans la grande majorité des cas, les fermes répondent rapidement et avec plaisir.

C’est précisément pour ces cas que nous sommes là : si vous nous aviez écrit, nous aurions cherché une solution ensemble – et nous trouvons presque toujours une solution satisfaisante pour nos membres.

Wir haben die App für Slowenien und Italien gekauft und sind dann mehrere Wochen durch die Länder gereist. Leider kam sie dabei NIE zum gewünschten Einsatz, weil es einfach nicht genügend partizipierende Betriebe dort gibt. Setzt man zudem noch einen Filter, wie in unserem Fall 'Toilettenzugang', reduziert es sich weiter stark. Weitere Erfahrung: 1 Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet, 1 zu spät (inzwischen anderweitig disponiert). Schade.

Die App an sich ist gut, und ich habe mir die Version für Slowenien gekauft. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass auf fast allen kooperierenden Höfen Hunde nicht willkommen sind. Somit war die App für uns nicht geeignet, denn unser Hund reist mit uns. 
Leider konnte ich das erst nach dem Kauf feststellen.

Wir haben bereits mitten in einem Weinberg und in einem Marillengarten, aber auch nahe einem wunderbaren See gestanden. Diese App ermöglicht so besondere Stellplätze mit netten Vermietern, wir wollen sie nicht mehr missen!

Wir haben die App kurz vor unserer Reise durch Österreich gefunden und nach einer kurzen telefonischen Nachfrage für 1 Jahr gebucht. Die App ist für uns praktisch perfekt:
