This is very reasonable you get a 30 day trial and then it's 9.99 a month for an individual. That's very reasonable. I have all pros: Monthly weekly daily calendar view. Appointments are color coded. Website is user friendly for clients and stylists Customer service is beyond amazing. I called twice and emailed twice and get a quick response, they even uploaded all my clients. Very easy to use and extremely functional.i adore this app for my hair salon. Sign up was simple, although I felt like I was filling out a lot on the initial setup, but this really paid off to have it all entered up front. I run a plumbing business where customers usually find me on sites such as craigslist or other public internet postings. I can send/receive appointments and track my jobs easily in one place. I setup my customers on maintenance service using the reoccurring payments which reminds me to solicit more sales on annual items and repairs my customers should be doing. Awesome tool! This helps me keep everything in one place and has been my go to app for everything related to my business. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2025-04-02, version 7.6* The app is terrible! They accused me of not paying. I emailed them proof of my credit card being charged every month! Run! Run fast ### 1/5 — What is the point of this app on my phone then. *2023-04-26* I don’t have access to book, cancel, look at the notes, to see past appointments, see how much their service will be and much more. Horrible app. ### 1/5 — Needs Work *2017-07-20* Having used other scheduling Apps. This by far needs the most help. I dislike that I am always asked to sync my contact with the App everytime I log in. Sometimes the App doesn't allow me to make changes within the "backoffice". I hate that I always have to ask the carrier that my customer's use just so they can recieve text alerts. I can't see my coworker's schedules to know when we have a shared client. There should be an area for reception or myself to indicate if the appointment has been confirmed or not. Rather than strickly relying on email and text confirmation. Needs to have the ability to change colors to know if messages were left, something was confirmed, not confirmed or Unable to leave message. So its easily comunicated with my staff. Inventory managment options are extremely disappointing. Finally there was also an incident where an extra percentage taken from total sales. Which was only explained as "unsure" and "other business wanted to finagle an extra percentage from their employees". I dont recommend this app to businesses looking for a new platform. ### 1/5 — No contact *2016-03-15, version 2.0* No customer service contact number, there is no way to cancel upgrade once it's done and you can't cancel your credit card, difficult to create website also ### 2/5 — Can't even start! *2015-04-16, version 1.0* NOT off to a good start. Cannot create a user!
