And not a user friendly format. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2026-07-30, version 1.11.0* As a System Administrator this app was bad and only got worse, now biometrics doesn’t work. The fact that this app is useless for Supervision to be able to approve or deny absences , since the day I installed it, it shows that I have notifications when there is none. It’s faster, easier to use, and everything loads instantly. I can see my schedule, check for updates, and get notified when changes happen without having to log in on my computer. The layout makes sense, and it’s clear the app was rebuilt with real users in mind. Really like the latest update which added the operational view which shows everyone who is scheduled to work. ### 1/5 — Worse than before *2025-09-22, version 1.4* Available Overtime doesn’t show on calendar now it’s a separate option. Then you have select the individual overtime posted to see more details such as where OT assignment will be. Biometric log in does not work. Overtime Your active overtime requests are now a tab on the Overtime screen, so you no longer have to go through the Plus menu to find them. An unassigned overtime volunteer record can be removed in the app. Tap the trash can on the card and confirm. The volunteer screen now shows the date and hours, overtime code and positions, additional requirements, filled and current volunteers, and your own volunteer record. Opening an overtime slot from the Available tab now gives you a Return to List button. Schedule When your hours are changed manually, the day now shows the change instead of appearing blank. An absence awaiting approval now reads as Pending Absence rather than Shift. Trades Select one or more trades in your Accepted list and remove them. This tidies your list; it does not change or cancel the trade. Also in this release Faster launch, sign in, and navigation, with fewer loading spinners. Actions on a past shift that never applied have been removed, and missing note options on a future note now appear. Opening a second piece of overtime now shows that overtime.
