The new one is even worse. Harder to navigate, doesn’t show available overtime on specific days anymore. What a joke of an app. ### 1/5 — New app but less functionality *2025-08-07, version 1.4* While the new app looks pretty, the inability to view the full schedule or preform any supervisory functions renders this useless for any supervisor or administrator ### 1/5 — Crashes Alot *2023-01-10, version 1.3* Ever since iOS 16, this version freezes and crashes constantly. They send out the listing with a email or text from this app. First the app only refreshes every so often so when I new listing comes out it doesn't show up. I have to force quit the app and reload it. There is no pull to refresh, or manual button. Not user friendly to anyone using it. Issue after issue. Wrong overtime times, unable to select unqued overtime, unable to scroll to see available overtime, can't see your department members schedules, unable to create notes, etc, etc.... This app was not I tended for companies with more than 20 people. Just plain awful. ### 1/5 — Update ruined it *2017-06-11, version 1.2* Loved it until the update which renders the app unusable. It won't allow a log in and it freezes. Have deleted and re downloaded many times with no solution. ### 1/5 — Worked great at first *2017-05-23, version 1.2* This was a great app...until it was updated a few months ago. Now myself and about half my co-workers can't access it. When we go to login, the login screen swipes left several times and once we start to put our email addresses in, the screen goes blank. The fact that this app is useless for Supervision to be able to approve or deny absences , since the day I installed it, it shows that I have notifications when there is none. Then you have select the individual overtime posted to see more details such as where OT assignment will be. Biometric log in does not work. Requires a password every time. ### 1/5 — Still needs work *2025-09-16, version 1.4* In the View Overtime tab, DATE, TIME, and DAY is available to be seen for available assignments, but not LOCATION. Knowing “where” the overtime will be is just as important as where out when. Please add this info to the description without having to expand the info tab. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Big Improvement *2025-10-06, version 1.5* The new Schedule Express app is a huge improvement over the old version. It’s faster, easier to use, and everything loads instantly. I can see my schedule, check for updates, and get notified when changes happen without having to log in on my computer. The layout makes sense, and it’s clear the app was rebuilt with real users in mind.
