The WIW app is definitely a superior “Work Scheduler” app. Everything they say this app does, it doesn’t. Way more steps and procedures to do something compared to WIW !! Kinda like Yelp, I had to give 1 star but deserves a negative star ! Do yourself a favor and don’t download it !! ### 1/5 — Dookie Dogwater App *2025-09-18* It’s so barbaric and outdated. To request off, you tap on the day you want, it brings you to that week (sun-sat), and you have to request off each individual day both for lunch and dinner shifts, and provide a reason for each individual day. The UI feels like it was only for a website, it’s slow, unresponsive, I don’t know why anyone would switch to this app, unless it’s a bunch of out of touch executives. ### 1/5 — Ancient *2024-12-06* This program is awful. I wish my employer would switch. I can't get notifications no matter what I do. The only thing I can get is a text when my schedule is posted. Being unable to be alerted when people drop shifts for me to be able to work more and make more money is a huge issue. Also can't believe you can't link to your calendar. This is all basic stuff. ### 1/5 — archaic functionality *2024-12-02* There is no clear way to sync or export a weekly schedule to an external calendar (e.g. iCal, Google Calendar), despite the fact that the Schedulefly website lists "Google Calendar Integration" as a feature of the app. This is pretty basic functionality for a scheduling app these days - really inconvenient having to enter this manually into my calendar every week. ### 1/5 — Horrible interface and not user friendly *2024-07-02* Title says it all, looks like a basic program slapped together and they put a price tag on it. It does what it’s supposed to do in the most incohesive way. The calendar does not show you the shifts that you work on the actual calendar it just takes you to your schedule. It won’t show you who else is working which stinks when you are trying to pick up shifts and seeing who to message. Putting in availability made no sense. The app is a mess. ### 1/5 — Ok *2024-05-23* Ok but not good ### 3/5 — Needs some 2026 updates *2026-03-03* Would be nice if you could link you schedule to you Apple or Google Calendar. Also would be nice if contact in for employees would easier to export to phone for management use. Can we also get a dark version? Or is there one and I’m missing it? ### 3/5 — February is spelled “Febuary” in the app *2026-02-16* Just tryina let you guys know the month is spelled wrong. ### 3/5 — Not Very Intuitive *2025-07-25* Can’t get notifications when someone puts a shift up for grabs, despite what it tells you online, it won’t sync your schedule to your google/apple calendar. Also, time off requests and availability setting being in the same place doesn’t make any sense. No complaints. ### 5/5 — Great App, Would Love A Looking-For-Shifts Page! *2024-04-20* It would be amazing if there was a page like Pickup Shifts, where you could post a shift you're looking for. Such as selecting Saturday AM and commenting that you would love to pick that shift up. **Developer response:** Very cool idea! While we brainstorm on this, definitely make sure to use the message wall to let your team know what you'd like to pick up!
