The screen is too large so when I click on something, the “Back” button is way up in the left corner by the time on my phone and I can’t click it so every time I view something I have to close out the app and reopen it to get back to the Home Screen. The subscription function doesn’t work. If I choose Varsity Football it subscribes to JV Football and if I subscribe to JV it subscribes to JV. But course, because this app is being paid for with mostly tax dollars, it will probably be like the roads and never get fixed. ### 1/5 — Filter by team *2023-09-10, version 1.0.23* Just downloaded today. It won’t filter by team. Even when I subscribe to a specific team, it won’t show only those teams practices and games. On my iPhone 14, the top buttons simply don’t work, I’m guessing because of the screen layout and conflict with the clock and such. This makes it impossible to filter or add to favorites, rendering an already clunky and confusing app even more cumbersome. ### 1/5 — Terrible app with what seems like zero updates *2025-03-16, version 1.0.23* I am beginning to hate this app. I have unsubscribed from all sports ect but past subscriptions keep popping up depending on the sports season. I have logged out logged in deleted the app and redownloaded it. I’m so over this stupid app but that’s all anyone uses here. There is no support on the app so I have completed a contact form on the website but I am also not holding my breath to see anything fixed. It’s frustrating trying to fish through games that don’t pertain to my son just to find his games. This happens for all sports fall with football showing modified and varsity practice and games, basketball showing 7th grade basketball, modified basketball and JV, and now baseball has starting showing up and I’m not subscribed to anything. I don’t even want to subscribe to it. I can’t filter it to the specific team either since that doesn’t work as it will show every single spring sport the school offers including girls and boys sports. Just very frustrating because if the is would be corrected the app is good when coaches actually use it to update practices and games. But due to it being so glitchy most coaches are just texting players personally which is always fun to get teenagers to communicate any updates in a timely fashion vs a text 5 min before something starts because there were time changes for practice or games. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great customer service *2021-02-23, version 1.0.23* I had a problem with a team subscription that continued to list games in my subscription feed after i removed the subscription. Go to the schedule galaxy website and log in. You can unsubscribe from there and it saves to the app. ### 4/5 — Review *2020-10-02, version 1.0.22* Good app. Should add notifications for sporting events the day off and the day before ### 3/5 — Subscription issue *2024-05-08, version 1.0.23* I absolutely love the app, the only downfall after using for a few years is that it will not allow you to unsubscribe from an activity after the year has passed. So you will see on your schedule events for sports your child may no longer be in but when you go to your subscriptions it will not show up to be able to unsubscribe to. So that sport and it’s events will always be on your feed.
