Scheduler Calendar & Invoicing is used to manage your time and business by maintaining a client focused schedule of your appointments that is utilized to track clients and their visits.   Our Scheduler is the centerpiece.  Scheduler provides daily, weekly and monthly view of your appointments.  Integrated with your client contact info you can quickly send reminders, check out clients and track your all financial results.

It looks NOTHING like the pictures above. Nothing is intuitive about it. Though, it DOES put an appointment into Mac Cal very easily. That’s about it, though.

Imagine the regular Calendar integrated with your contacts and invoicing. When making an appointment just pick the name from your client list. Next send out a personalized appointment confirmation. The day before the appointment your Reminders automatically appear formatted with the client name, date and time, even the purpose of the appointment. When it is time to bill the client the app already has the client info, so everything is integrated and the appoint is marked complete with the total amount. Doesn’t get much easier than this. Plus there is no monthly or ongoing fee.

I so wish I could get my money back for this app! It crashes all the time, it ends up messing up my appointments by deleting the, from my apple calendar. I wish I had never bought this app! The least they could do is make a free version to see if you like it before you go spending $7 on it!

Too complicated

To start with the app has a much easier to use calendar then the standard one that comes with app, fewer keystokes and more information.  It uses your contacts so there is no need to type in the clients name.  The big is feature is being able to quicly record your sales and service transaction and send an invoice.  The program even updates the calendar with the amount.

In addition, there is some substantial acounting capabiliting including inventory control and cost calcualtion.  Very happy I came accoss this one!

It seems like there was a lot of thought that went into the design of this app.  Although it offers a great deal of functionality it can be operated with ease and doesn’t require a lot of steps to get your work done.   Support is instant and excellent.  Kudos!

I would like my money back please this app isn't what you make it out to be and you ask to purchase more features after you pay 7$ when you make it seem it's already included. I want a refund asap

Hello Jess,  The description in the Appstore actually explains exactly what is and what is not included.  The base app is very complete and handles all of most users needs: Scheduling, order entry, client history and financial details and summaries.  If you are unhappy you can get a refund through your iTunes account.  Also, our fees are One Time.  Most apps like ours are "Free" then charge you from $5 to $10 Per Month.  So even if you do buy a few of the InApps it's still a great value.  Sorry that you got this impression of our app and the pricing. Wish you would have contacted us instead writing an inaccurate review.

This app is integrated with the Contact and Calendar so it is super easy to get setup. There is a program that loads all of your contacts that you want to use, you can skip the ones that you don’t want. The calendar info is immediately available in the app! I only need to enter my services, products and tax codes and was ready to roll. The messages & reminders makes it easy to send out reminders, confirmation and other text and emails. Will probably add the document design too.
