Send me an email via the info screen of the app. Cheers, Daniel ### 2/5 — Accurate real time locations but has issues *2025-10-05* For the most part I’ve found the real time bus locations to be pretty accurate, at least more accurate than most other transit apps I’ve used. It’s nice to get a better understanding of how far a bus is to my stop. However, there are some issues that prevent me from using this as my primary app for checking bus schedules/locations. For example, bus locations for the 27 to Emeryville Amtrak for some reason only show the buses going to El Cerrito, not Emeryville. Since I’ve started to use the 27 a lot its been a deal breaker and decided to just stick with the Transit app instead of this one. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for the review. Time1:27 *2025-01-30* Always at this time. The buses are not punctual. And when they are there, they go in another direction and do not pass by where one is at the bus stop. And they end up leaving from the other block. Because they are always late or because they do not want to go around picking people up. These people are even lazy for that. As much as I would like, I sadly do not have any influence over AC Transit operations. I simply access their real time data and attempt to present it in the best way possible. However, I am flattered that you believe I have such influence over operations! As a bus rider myself, the system runs quite well, but there is always more that can be done to make it even better. ### 1/5 — Can’t open the app *2024-11-05, version 3.26* I can’y enter the app, I’ve tried multiple things like restarting my phone, making storage for my phone, deleting and installing the app again and nothing works. I’ve seemed other methods of help but nothing seems to work, please help me fix my problem or fix the app. ### 1/5 — Great Up, Buggy Update *2024-11-04, version 3.26* This is a fantastic app but the ever since the latest update I cannot open it. I tried the official one and it was extremely confusing to navigate and was really buggy. Knowing I’d be late to work again, I wrote a complaint on this app. Once it was submitted, I realized this particular app wasn’t intended for bus service complaints. The next day, I received a very empathetic reply from Daniel Levy, the provider of this app. He explained multiple avenues I might take to register complaints. I’m very appreciative of the time and detail he put into his response. The app itself is easy to understand and use. I especially like the real time arrivals. They are quite accurate and have prevented me from wasting time waiting for a bus that isn’t coming on time. This is an excellent service.
