Definitely going to replace this app by February. Not only is it expensive to have, but it’s definitely not even worth it. Sure you can charge your clients through it but so do other charging systems and for much cheaper.

This app is simple and yet has everything I need to run my massage practice, workshops and classes- clear and intuitive and most importantly has incredibly responsive customer service- whenever Ive had a question or issue (very rarely over the last decade of using it) the folks at schedulicity get back to me within an hour (usually faster) and are real humans who actually solve the issue or answer my questions.  When the covid lockdown hit- schedulicity didn’t charge us for a year!! They’ve earned my loyalty many times over and I’m very happy with them.

And my goodness, going through that lock down together is something our team will never forget! It really meant a lot to get to communicate over the air waves with you over the years.

They brought back the app to being user friendly in my opinion. I’ve been with them since the beginning.

I actually likes the new layout of the new version where apparently many people didn’t like… There was a more modern look and the scheduling personal time was easier than this old version where you have to drag it… There was flaws for sure, but I believe it’s time for an upgraded look!

I find this app very useful on my phone. I can do all the scheduling of clients and my own personal appointments logged in it. And much more. I use it everyday and would miss it if I didn’t have it! I’ve used Schedulicity for about 5 years now. They’ve made nice changes to the service over time and are a reputable company.

This new update needs to be stopped or else I think I might have to switch to another scheduling app

I'm sure you saw we had to roll back our new app release based on feedback we received from users. Our team is working away as we speak to make the new app improvements and suggestions we received - for a future release of the app. 

For some background, one of our top requests for years, has been bringing all the functionality of the full website to the app. Which is why we've been working on the new app. 

We want to make the most common workflows (like booking an appointment or accessing client details) more intuitive and give app users access to ALL our features. I hope that helps when we release again in the future.

Will not open despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times

**Developer response:** I'm so glad you've reached out so we can help. There was a loading bug, which sounds similar to what you're running into. That was just fixed and released to the Apple Store yesterday. Can you try deleting and reinstalling one more time?

The most recent update (temporarily rolled back) is just awful. Slow to load, less useful, and loaded with features I’ll never use. It feels like it’s for stage performers and schools. I’m just trying to get my client’s info and see my calendar, and the app wants me to schedule classes. Digging through pages and unnecessary info when I’m busy makes me want a new scheduling app. There should be separate versions with different focuses or the ability to toggle “features” off.

**Developer response:** Sure do appreciate your detailed feedback. Even when it's painful, it's valuable for us to understand what we can improve on—and what we might not be able to. For years, one of our top requests has been to bring the full functionality of the full website to the app. Thus, this new app.

When I go to open the app it crashes every time. i’ve reset my phone. I’ve deleted the app and re-download it nothings working so now I can’t view my appointments. Very frustrating

**Developer response:** There was a limitation with versions of iOS below 17, but we were able to work around it and you should be able to update now.
