Example: If you make an appointment for 4:30 at a business that is in eastern time but you are in central time when you make the appointment. If you use the app to put it on your calendar the appointment will be on your calendar for 4:30 central time 5:30 eastern time. If you don’t notice this you will be an hour late for your appointment. ### 1/5 — Has stopped working *2025-05-31* This app used to work fine. But sometime in the last couple of months, it will launch and show a title screen which then dissolves to white and that’s the last bit of functionality that exist because you can’t do anything at that point but close the app. ### 3/5 — Payment *2025-01-31* I didn’t know we had to pay $14 to add scheducity to my account in order for me to schedule an appointment I’m not sure what’s happening I don’t remember having to go through this. A few years ago it’s a great app just a few stumbling blocks. ### 1/5 — Log outs *2025-01-18* The UI is fine, but the fact that I get logged out seemingly every time the app updates is inexcusable and terrible programming practice by the devs. Extremely annoying! ### 2/5 — Needs work *2024-11-05* My login does not persist like most modern apps and their is no support for login with Gmail or otherwise. The fonts are too small and it does not support Dynamic Text Size accessibility. More colors for scheduling and adding customer reviews after services! Appreciate you sharing! ### 1/5 — Bring back the native app *2024-06-21* The app was updated to be a wrapper of their website instead of a native app. It doesn’t behave or act like an app should. That would really help us to know how we can improve this new app! ### 1/5 — Garbage after update *2024-06-06* Update lost my card on file, throws “excwption_unsuccessful” error messages when booking appointments as if the appointment isn’t booked, but I eventually received confirmation emails. Unable to see appointments in app, so people must rely on the email confirmations. App wasn’t great before. Even worse now. **Developer response:** Glad you spoke up, we'd love to learn more if you don't mind reaching out to us at support@schedulicity.com.
