I was told over a year ago or more that it’s something being worked on but what’s the hold up? Other systems have it so it’s not new. Really easy to use. My patients schedule their own chiropractic appointments online. I can customize it, send automatic text/email reminders. Really nice!! I have been using it in my office for the past 6 years!! ### 5/5 — Great for Winery Tour bookings *2026-02-20, version 7.6.7* For over 5 years, we’ve used Schedulista so customers can schedule weekend Winery Tours to sample a flight of wine made from lemons, not grapes, and get a wine education at our winery in Palmer Lake, Colorado. The app is pretty robust but the web version is intuitive enough for customers to self-manage/reschedule. On our end, we are able to capture custom fields such as ticketing info and zip codes. Schedulista is the “front door” to our customer sales journey since we can generate reports which feed into MailChimp. Their team is quick to respond to questions in their Chat feature if I can’t find the answer in the FAQ area. I believe Schedulista is more intended for repeat customer businesses (stylists, personal trainers, massage therapists, etc.) but it’s worked out well for our more one-off Winery Tour reservations. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I wish that you could hook up multiple stripe accounts for different calendars (and users) and accept deposits separately! We have 3 different calendars for one business but we like to keep money separated and into our own banks! But I LOVE the system! So easy to navigate on our side and our clients side! Def recommend! ### 5/5 — 5 Years of Smooth Scheduling *2025-09-13, version 7.6.2* I’m a tattoo/ permanent makeup artist. I offer multiple services. I like having full control over my schedule and Schedulista provides that. I am able to offer certain services on specific days of the week at specific times. For example, if someone wants to book a 6 hour tattoo session then they’ll notice that I only offer that service every Tuesday. Or if someone wants to get lip blush they only have the option of selecting a 9 am time slot or 1 pm. This is why I’ve stuck with Schedulista. No other booking app offers this feature. Thankfully, I am always booked out five months and being this busy means I need a sharp and efficient booking system. Schedulista makes it so easy for clients to make their appts with me. Never had a problem with Stripe either. A couple of things I wish it did offer is photo images for services and a waitlist feature. Creating my own waitlist in my phone notes and trying to fill openings is such a hassle. This app did not change once over the 2 years I used it, nor did their website. They have a long way to go to keep up with other salon software. ESPECIALLY paid salon software. I am quite disappointed with this app/company. When choosing a salon software/online booking, look at it from a consumers point of view. If it doesn’t look nice, they will probably end up thinking your standards are low. There are plenty of free apps out there that will help you out. Grateful that Schedulista is where my business started. But the times are moving, and Schedulista simply did not. BONUS: their customer service is great, when things got confusing, their tech guys and gals were able to find the problems or help me out. I can't add a client, create a new appointment, adjust services or prices, or even just see my calendar beyond a week from now. What is the point? I already have my iPhone calendar synched with Schedulista so I can just look at that calendar.
