This app has been a lifesaver. The best bit might be the look-ahead view where I can see how many days I WILL have, not just how many I DO have. With its two modes (planning and passport control), I can easily see where I stand and whether I need to recruit a colleague to cover upcoming needs. While it’s not worthy of losing a star, I do wish I could add trips outside the zone as well, and I’m told this is coming soon. My wife and I have temporary residency in one Schengen country, but must be mindful of the limitations during our extensive travels elsewhere across Europe. This new plan allows us to forecast a year or more into the future, with great assurance that we have not messed up the complicated “Schengen math”. The nominal subscription price is well worth the peace of mind. The number shown represents the days that have already been used, not the number of days remaining. I recently went through immigration at Copenhagen Airport, and the immigration officer also pointed out that this label is misleading and could confuse travellers about their Schengen stay. This is an important issue because travellers rely on this app to stay within the Schengen 90/180-day rule. I recommend this app without reservation to anyone who needs to be mindful of their Schengen time.
