However, I wish there were better signs and that I never had to carry luggage up or down stairs. ### 5/5 — 2 people over 80 *2025-06-27* We allowed more than enough time to check in etc, We did sign up for accessibility but before TSA the line was huge. Sooo we did it ourselves with the acknowledgement of many schiphol workers to make it easier, cutting the line etc. helping out. It’s clean, intentional, and easy to navigate. Also useful - a lot of realtime updates on busyness of various parts of journey to get to your flight. It said we cannot check our bags until 2 hours before our flight, but while checking them in the employee said we were actually able to check them in 4 hours before our flight. It also did not provide us with our flight delays and said it was on time when it wasn’t. However it did give us the right check in gate and terminal. This app is somewhat helpful but I would make sure to double check the accuracy of the information provided with airport employees and the departure time screens found throughout the airport. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2022-09-10, version 10.3* Despite the other reviews, I’ve found the app never freezes, nor does it have any problems on an iPhone 13 Pro. It’s a great app and I particularly love that you can use VR to direct yourself through the airport, although you don’t really need it because of great signage! Had a 2 and a half hour delay on my flight. App was saying on time. Delayed departure times. Gate changes. I expect a precise and direct answer to my question; “Where can I find some pipe tobacco.” Try it out and you will soon realise the site is made by people who have never been outside their office, or don’t know what a unfamiliar traveler wants. No wonder thousand of people are aimlessly milling around, and everything comes to a grind. Nice pictures, though. No common sense ### 1/5 — Does NOT offer live security waiting times *2022-05-02, version 9.6.9* Simply says “not available”, presumably to cover up the horrendous wait times. Unlike the UK which allows EU citizens to use e-gates, Schiphol does not reciprocate and so UK citizens face huge immigration queues. So waiting times pretty important…. ### 1/5 — Used to be great now won’t open *2020-07-16, version 8.2.2* This has always been a great app, usually many minutes ahead of airline comms or board info. Past flying time and it still says it's on time! Sends me to a closed gate. Rubbish ### 1/5 — Was better before. *2017-02-15* Where is the boarding time and why doesn't my watch receive alerts anymore after the app was overhauled. It wasn't broke before and performed perfectly but now it does less. I also had an instance when the gate info was never populated. This is sad because it was great before. **Developer response:** Since the last update (5.2) we've improved a lot of stuff.
