The register product link does not work. The supposed integration with the Apple Home app is lacking. The only thing preventing this from four or five stars is the battery life. Every few weeks four batteries. I downloaded the app, completed my account information with all green checks and when I press “Create Account” nothing happens. Looked online for troubleshooting steps to find I should uninstall/reinstall app—with no success. It will sometimes take over an hour for the app to push a “door unlocked” or “door locked” notification. ### 1/5 — Worked well for about a year *2026-07-28, version 10.2.0* I paid 275 each for the two smart locks I have. They ceased working with my Orbi router after a year. I am very tech savvy, and even enlisted the help of IT manager to address the issue. After that failed, I tried to contact Schlage. Hands down best lock I have ever bought. The lock with the combined app provides such great simplicity with leaving and accessing the house. I love that I can manage access for my family no matter where I am. I also love that I get alerts way ahead of time to replace batteries when battery life gets low.
