## What is Schlift?

No weightlifting apps were free anymore so i made one myself. The main reason to use this instead of the many others is: 

1. It's free
2. No AI. The Schplanner (tm) offers 3 proven training regimes to increase the weight you lift gradually, getting you huge if you're consistent
3. It has multiplayer mode, allowing you to work out with others. It's kind of fun.

We offer three opinionated weight progression strategies based on established compound lift centric programs to get you huge. The schplanner looks at your history and generates the next workout for you every time you get to the gym. You can customise workouts if you want, but it works best if you let the schplanner do its thing.

The app has Charts/records/history/PRs to help you on your journey to being huge. If there's something you want it doesn't have tell me and I'll add it.

If you wear the companion watch app we will track your heartrate to allow you to see how your body responds to the weight you're lifting via your heartrate. We also calculate the calories burned based on your weight. If you don't want to share your weight we fall back to less accurate approximation.
