Almost ordered today but saw the app nickel and dimes with fees. I shouldn't have to pay a fee to pick up my order. Delivery I can understand but not pick up.

Your Lufkin, Tx store is always on point!  The lady at the Drive Thru was so kind and so sweet!  Your Lufkin store is always get my orders right.  I usually don’t go inside due to I have a special needs child that and she does not do well in restaurant settings so we mainly utilize Drive Thrus if available.  The amount of meat on the sandwiches is definitely worth every dime!!  I can’t wait to go back!!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an app before that required you to connect to Wi-Fi in order to use it. Most apps worked perfectly fine off cell service.
