This app used to make paying my bill simple. Now it’s updated and you have to have an account but when I try to create one it never lets me continue, & only has a back option after I add my payment method.

Can’t change your birthdate. When you click on the month it pops up really quickly and goes back down. If you hit clear then click on the blank spot for the month. The month,day and you are using the app on pops up again. You can’t process your payments if you can’t set up the patient’s birthday. Need to fix it if you want people to use the app.

This app makes paying your way over priced medical bills fast and easy! Save yourself a few thousand and go to a surrounding area hospital. You’ll find everything is better and you’ll have no use for this app anymore!
