It needs an update ASAP ### 1/5 — Trash *2020-11-11, version 2.0* Someone needs to fix this app ASAP or just remove it from the store. This app doesn’t work at all anymore. ### 1/5 — The application needs major improvements. *2020-11-06, version 2.0* I have been using compass app (company forces you to only way to see your pay statements/ shipment statements). It used to be slow but able to log on after few minutes of patience. It got slower when they added "check your internet connection if its slow" putting the blame on ISP. Where you had to wait 5-10 mins to load. Since Wednesday the app has not been working at all. When I try to log on, I get the spinning wheel of death. Sometimes it asks me if I am driving gets my hopes up. It might have to do with the message we got where company did not want calls about resetting the password on the app. Every time IT does an implementation of an "improvement" it only gets worse. It's a shame to see billion dollar company with stone-aged technology. The company issued tablets needs to be updated. Way too many applications for the hardware. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2019-10-03, version 2.0* This app continuously shuts down. It won’t let you log in at times when you need information. Not helpful at all!! I don’t have time to sit around waiting. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever. *2018-12-16, version 1.9* This app was developed to create enormous amount of headache for drivers... every time when I try to login it just redirect me to the Oracle Server with Server Error. Check your metrics? Ahahah, forget about that, app doesn’t aloud you to do that... it’s just thinking and thinking and thinking, but that’s ok because we drivers have hundreds of hours to wait, do we? Why create an option which you cannot use... Instead of making life easier, developers making it more difficulty by doing every week different type of fixing during hours, sometimes even days...and as a result I’m receiving massages from OC: Sorry, that or that option was not working in Compass properly... Guys, please, hire a couple of Testers-Automation to fix bags, at least biggest of them... Hope another drivers will enjoy the app tomorrow but definitely not today...Poor drivers... ### 1/5 — Driver *2018-10-22, version 1.9* If a driver was as bad as this app is you would given us a preventable and maybe fired us. Take some responsibility in the shortcoming of this app and fix them. It’s just the mobile website packaged in an app, and they don’t even let you log in from safari. Their excuse is that they don’t want you using it while you are moving, which is fine, except that their inept packaging into an app is just painful to use. Using tech guidelines from 11 years ago to build this app is just sad. I used to check my compass on my 34 to see what loads I have for my first day back. Now it doesn’t even work on my phone?! What’s that saying?… If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!!!! Developers ya’ll really messed up on this one! Get the old compass back and get it back on iOS asap! Please!!! ### 1/5 — BIG FAT EMBARRASSMENT. *2024-04-14* This company is cheap. The way you manage your ELD tablets and your company trucks should make any Schneider National driver angry. It is so embarrassing to be seen driving your trucks and using your ELD tablets. I only downloaded this app again because I heard you updated the app. Really? HAHAHAHA! Blank white page. If I want to write I’ll use the notepad on my phone. This mess needs to stop Schneider. YOU ARE VERY VERY LATE PLAYING CATCHUP WITH THE REST OF THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY. You supposedly update this app and then push that junk on us to use? Then you get overloaded with drivers calling tech support with every problem that will happen? You are very delusional if you think your company drivers will keep working for you when you poorly maintain your trucks and tablets. When drivers start quitting and going to work for better companies that stupid look on your face will be well deserved. I have to delete and reinstall every time. Now when I login I have the same problem as others and it just goes to a white screen that just endlessly loads. I’m really let down that Schneider has not addressed this issue that seems to have been going on for awhile. The fact that this app hasn’t been updated in at least a year is both troubling and saddening considering they want us to use it. I’m sure I’m not the only one who depended on this app to check pay and also do the mandatory learning. I can check my assignments. I can check my settlement daily because it is always updated as the loads are done. It is perfect to reference on things I need to know. I'm getting... "No work assignments" "No scorecard" "No settlement statements" Update., I was having issues until I updated my OS on my IPhone 6. Now everything works. ### 4/5 — Works just like crossroads *2017-07-26, version 1.0* It is easier to use than crossroads. However it is a bit slower. When I press a link to open work assignments or metrics it takes about 2 seconds to open. I didn't have that issue with crossroads. Other than that, all the information needed for loads is present on the home screen. I no longer have to open two web pages just to see work assignments, pay settlement and performance metrics. ### 3/5 — Needs iOS 12 update ASAP *2018-10-05, version 1.8* Needs to be updated to work properly with iOS 12 ### 3/5 — Buggy since new iOS update *2018-09-29, version 1.7* The app quit responding after iOS 12 update. Tech support says they’re working on it, but this is taking quite a while to get fixed. Also, it halts whatever music or podcasts are playing in the background. I sure hope they get it fixed. That, and please remove the warning about using it while in motion.
