I have to take a screenshot and zoom in in my pictures app to see the load ID. Please fix this **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Last two month I noticed that miles showing on the app are not accurate. Not deadhead not loaded miles either. Same thing with all of my drivers app. Difference is 20-50 miles on each load. Please send any examples of inaccurate mileage to FreightPowerCarrier@schneider.com so we can dig into this! ### 3/5 — Can’t set up/ no support *2023-02-08* I fill out the fields, I start typing the parking location, my town pops up on the menu below and I select it, then a “page not found” message pops up and I am prompted to go back or cancel. I select go back and I have to enter all the information all over again! This time it asks me for the Company information. After filling out all the required info, there’s a ‘save profile’ button but is inactive. Nothing left to do but delete this garbage app. This is like something right out of a Seinfeld episode! **Developer response:** Sorry you're having trouble getting registered! Now it’s time to explore. ### 2/5 — I hate this app *2022-05-07* This app is pretty bad. Every other Broker has a better app. It takes forever to load. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to get it to work properly. Allow more book now options and the ability to bid. No one answers phones. Please message us at FreightPowerCarrier@schneider.com ### 1/5 — APP useless for iPad *2022-03-21, version 1.4* after closing the APP, opening it again, we always get a blank page and have to delete and reinstall the APP to get back to the loadboard - SUPER ANNOYING AND TIME CONSUMING!! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2022-02-03, version 1.4* The app only will show you where the load starts and ends. As a carrier I wanna be able to see what I’m gonna be hauling, and how much is the fright. But yet they say call the number and when I did, no one answered. Wasted my time. ### 3/5 — Poor App *2022-01-18* I would expect more from Schneider, it’s poor!! It gives basic info and no info on commodity, so if it is a beer load that your unable to haul then time is wasted. The idea behind an app is to eliminate the need to call in and tie up the brokers on what can be unnecessary info so allowing the decision to be made quicker, please put all info as to customer pickup and delivery etc. I never understand this need to be this protective of info when if you take a load you get it anyway, also show other loads in delivery area so we can plan better, we have to enter the info to see what loads are in that area, create round trip loads or weekly loads where we put a starting city then end and an end date, let this system plan give a price and away we go?? Is it that hard? You do it with your own guys?? Let’s improve this app orange, you can do so much better!! **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Well, I am only in “Guest” view. I can literally do nothing. It gives me a “contact Schneider for full access”. Well when you call the number or the email they have in the drop menus. No one answers or replies to either. I have spent probably 4 hours on the phone and have about 20 non answered emails trying to get access. Heck I’ve tried to call and book loads and I’ll be waiting for someone for 45minutes plus and still no answer. OK, whatever. After registered on mobile version, now everyone I open the app, it’s stuck on a pop up window said “must choose a capacity” with a blank white window with no “capacity” to choose from? Then when I try to tap on anything on the screen, everything is frozen. The only option is to shut down the app. Then when you restart the app, this “capacity” blank white window pops up again!? My recommended loads are shown right after login, without even searching. Most of the times Loads are found right there and don’t have to spend time to search a lot to find desired load. 3. Easy to mange drivers and drivers are notified as well. 4. Buying a load is as easy as click of button and rest is taken care by app. 5. Managing and Tracking loads, and drivers is all in the app itself.
