My rewards balance stays at $1, despite purchases over $200. I check the app when I leave the store to check my earnings, but the rewards stay at $1. I’ve changed how I redeem rewards to require the in-app barcode be scanned to rule out my rewards being distributed or used elsewhere. Otherwise, I have LOVED this app and earning rewards. Not getting the rewards decreases my satisfaction rating. ### 1/5 — App frequently doesn’t work *2026-02-05, version 2.33.0* App frequently fails to load the deals page, fails to load the page when you try and look something up. With every update I hope it gets better and never does. Even when it sends you notifications about deals it will show up for a second and then crash. I’ve updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it, and logged out and back in. It keeps deleting my list. I’ve just stopped using it and went back to pen and paper. It’s frustrating having to rely on the app thinking you’ve got everything on your list ready to shop then you refresh the screen and it’s all gone. ### 3/5 — Why does it keep signing me out? *2025-10-29, version 2.32.1* *update- it logged me out again, and now it’s says remember me for 30 days…why? I use it weekly at least, why does it insist on logging me out when I use it that often? It’d be fine if it just didn’t randomly sign me out of my account. But it just does that. Searching “evaporated milk” should bring up a can carnation. It shows me items that I typically purchase that are on sale, have coupons or bonus rewards points.
