Suddenly out of the blue 2 weeks ago the notifications stopped and I have to manually go into the app to check if a message has been sent to the school. Have contacted support, they’re useless and won’t help at all! Other parents experiencing same issue but they won’t look into it. None of my settings have changed either and all correct notifications settings are turned on.
