Still unable to open the gates while driving without physically unlocking and using the phone. Can be solved now with CarPlay widget. Also not possible via Apple Watch while cycling. Hope to see an update soon. Long list . And worst there is no customer support except for an email . (In fact it is still ringing while I am writing this review & there is no way to stop it unless I uninstall the goddamn app) Almost like a harassment call & it is such a disturbance - I have contacted the support for help & will come back to amend this review depending on the response I get ### 1/5 — poor system *2021-06-01, version 2.0.5* calls almost never get through and when it does the call interface only pops up on the phone momentarily before disappearing. Missed multiple deliveries due to this. Also will get random pop ups of the call interface menu even tho there is no one calling. Pls fix this and if u or your condominium management plan use this system, don’t. not worth the hassle. ### 1/5 — Very low quality *2021-01-05, version 2.0.1* I have never seen such a low quality iOS app for years. I could not even sign up. Phone number field does not accept + mark (international prefix). Confirmation email does not come. No predictable time duration for account activation. Even an account is activated unknowingly you only know App ID number but can’t edit profile. Once you logged out you’ll never be able to login again because it says the account hasn’t been activated yet. I tried password reset but only saw “error occurred”. When I tried to register the account it says “email address taken”. Unusable. ### 1/5 — Poor technology *2020-12-22, version 2.0.1* This app is the best way to miss all your deliveries. It keeps bugging / freezing mid way despite having the most up to date version. The concept is nice - the practicalities not so much. If your condo management decides to get this - vote against it as terrible functionality and results in a lot of frustration due to missing deliveries and having to go downstairs to open the door for visitors. ### 1/5 — the most frustrating door app ever *2020-12-21, version 2.0.1* my condo implemented this and it is by far the worst experience ever! the door notifications just never reach phones, or reach phones infrequently or irregularly. highly irritating do not recommend! only way i can open the door now is by waiting for people to call me and MANUALLY going to open the door. would rate 1/2 star if possible ### 1/5 — Not compatible with iOS 14.2 *2020-11-30, version 1.3.9* Think it worked while I was on iOS 13.
