Has been spinning all morning. Update 9.3.23 network error again Update 7.3.23 Failing again. Network error. Seems to be a regular occurrence among our group of parents. Original review: As parents we have no choice but to use this app once our school has decided to use it for all school communication. It’s a great idea but so many times the app fails. I get a network error and the spinning daisy wheel for days on end. The only solution seems to be to uninstall and reinstall. Frankly that isn’t even a workaround never mind a solution. In the meantime we may be missing time critical information from the school, which uses no other form of communication with parents. It happens repeatedly. Even more infuriating is that there is no way to contact the developers to offer evidence or seek help except by filling in a review here! The website is all about sales. Support is all for the school not app users. It just adds insult to injury. Please can you do something to either assist or fix the problem. Happy to help with that if I can. It regularly fails to load messages with a ‘timeout exceeded’ message and the only way I can get it to work again is to delete the app and reinstall it, which also means adding the schools again. Notifications of new posts never seem to come through despite being enabled on the phone settings. Frustrating to switch between profiles when having children at primary and nursery. One annoying bug though - if a message is tagged for multiple year groups then it appears multiple times in my feed and needs to be marked as read each time.
