Pointless if you want to use it to actually track your kid’s bus. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2022-09-08, version 1.3.1* First day. Worked ok. Second day. Didn’t work at all. Third day. Told me I wasn’t registered. No. Just no. ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2022-09-08, version 1.3.1* This app is a nightmare. When you can get it to work, which is 25% of the time, the bus will be going along and then just drop out of existence. The app glitches and the bus goes from one place to miles away in a second. Most of the time it doesn’t recognize the students you’ve added. Now my account won’t even pull up and the email address is not found when I try to reset my password. So my account that I’ve had since last year just disappeared. I couldn’t hate a thing, more than I hate this app. I can’t believe our district paid for this. ### 1/5 — Needs Major Work! *2022-09-08, version 1.3.1* This app is horrible! When filling out the info to log in/settings, the keyboards etc… don’t shrink enough to be able to select ‘submit’ button. So how do you add info to sign in & start an account. Wrong! It doesn't work 99.9% of the time. This app is not even worth the one star rating. I’ve seen better apps out there that do the same exact thing with 100% better results. When will they get a clue and switch? ### 1/5 — Works great, when it works *2022-03-23, version 1.2.2* It seems as though the only way I can get this app to work is to open it after the bus has left the school and the route is active. Then if the route does show up, I cannot navigate away from the app, or allow it to sleep, else it defaults to “assigned vehicle run has not started” after which there is no getting it back. Even this is hit or miss. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2021-12-12, version 1.2.2* I don’t know why our school district insisted on trying re-invent the wheel when there is already apps out there like “Here Comes The Bus” with fantastic reviews that other school districts in our areas use. The app has never worked. The first few weeks we got “n/a” couldn’t even find my kid or our route. Now it just always says “assigned vehicle run has not started yet” even though the bus shows up right on time. I also heard it does that for others when there’s a sub. So what’s the point of doing “routes” instead of bus numbers If the subs won’t show up on the route? Wasn’t that the whole point of doing routes to begin with??? Dumb. Just dumb. Stop trying to be cheap and innovative and go with what has worked for years! I’d give ZERO STARS if it would let me. PS: I work in development. This app should not be this hard. Never works. Always says n/a with no route showing and there is no sub driver. Had seen the bus on a route one time as it was late and was no where near accurate, especially when my son got dropped off and the bus was showing still by the school. Now several weeks later, I can rarely get the app to open. It flashes momentarily then immediately closes. I’ve tried to delete & reinstall numerous times. Twice when I was able to register my child again, I received a notice that no bus was assigned. There is no option to request assistance, notify the developer of a problem or contact anyone. If I could submit this with zero stars, that’s exactly what I would do. ### 1/5 — Good concept - not working *2021-09-16, version 1.2.1* Multiple times I have DL’d this app and every time when I log in it instantly crashes. Doesn’t even get to credentials screen. Not sure the company have linked my kids info right as even on the website I can never see any route, track or even vehicle location. Third time installing and it just sits loading at start up. It’s amazing how our school district is promoting this and there is little to zero support. 5 weeks now and only 1 of my 2 kids show up on this. .5 stars ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2021-09-07, version 1.2.1* I love the idea of knowing that my child made it to school and what time the bus dropped him off at home on days I have to work but so far I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app twice just to sign up. It’s stuck on a loading screen when I try to log in. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — It won’t stop *2024-04-18, version 1.7.0* I am getting 2-6 notifications every hour at 0:13 for the last several school days. I have over 90 emails and I’ve turned the email setting off! This app has been in use at my son’s schools district since last year but worked exactly one day until last Friday. Now the notifications will not stop!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-03-04, version 1.7.0* I will guess it works 50% of the time, which in school terms, this equals to an E for failing. It will log me out sometimes and if the driver is in a substitute bus, it doesn’t work. So frustrating. This is a great idea in theory and a safety feature for students who are waiting at the bus stops by themselves, especially for females, but it needs to work consistently! ### 1/5 — Schools should not use this service *2024-02-07, version 1.7.0* App and website are never up. Useless for parents. Schools should find another service that is accurate and reliable. Great concept if the system actually worked. When it does work, the bus location isn’t accurate. It’ll randomly sign you out of the app and then deny your access telling you that your credentials aren’t correct. No matter how many times you change your password, it still won’t let you in. Until randomly one day it decides it likes the same password you changed it to. I can’t believe they are scamming school systems into paying for this trash. ### 1/5 — Practically Useless *2023-12-21, version 1.7.0* Never tracks the bus. It is nice when it works. But 9 times out of 10, it is completely useless and says that “This Student is not on any route or bus yet”. So I don’t know if only so many people are able to use it at once but this is horrible. I hope my school district uses something else and soon. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-10-16, version 1.6.0* If I could write zero stars, I would our school system adopted this app and aside from being able to see my son on the bus once I have yet to be able to see the app work properly, since it constantly says that my student is not on a bus when they clearly are and if it wasn’t for my Apple AirTag that is attached to my son’s book bag I wouldn’t actually know if he was on the bus or not. I have two kids who get on different buses right about the same time. When the app is working, it seems to have trouble changing from one child’s profile to the other.
