The process of ordering the meals is smooth and I’ve always found it easy enough to edit meals chosen or delete meals when their is a school trip. Topping up the lunch fund account is super quick and easy too. Much better than having to scroll through a PDF to see the week’s menu. Firstly, the absence of a prompt to save login credentials results in a repetitive and inconvenient login process. Navigation between weeks and meal choices is cumbersome, requiring excessive tapping on navigation arrows. The current process for changing a meal selection is inefficient, necessitating the deselection of the existing choice before making a new selection. This should be streamlined to allow quick amendments and saving. Additionally, the application lacks critical information regarding school holidays, during which meal selections are unavailable, and it does not provide notifications about meal change cut-off times. If you are lucky enough to get it to load and it hasn’t randomly logged you out, then each page and input takes nearly a minute to process and load. I’ve just come to use it for school dinners after half term, it’s logged me out, so I’ve tried to log in and it’s telling me it’s an invalid password (I know it’s not). I then tried resetting my password, and it tells me my email address is not registered (I know it is as I’ve had email confirmations from the app to that email address) So then I try to re-register, it tells me “this email address is already in use” 🤦🏼‍♀️😤😤 Absolutely useless! My 6yr old goes on at the weekend and chooses her lunch for the week. The pictures are cute and clear perfect for both her and I. Can sit there in the weekend and go through ordering their lunches for the week and they can pick and choose.
