It’s frustrating to not be able to watch the videos on my phone when I don’t have a computer. The School of PE is trying to take advantage of the pandemic to *double charge* customers who had purchased their service to study for tests that were canceled due to the COVID-19. I was registered for the April 2020 PE in California, which was canceled. I then had to move to NY for my job in September 2020, which made it completely impossible to register for the October 2020 PE exam. I did not log on to the School of PE once between April 2020 and up until a few days ago. When I asked them to restore my service because my April 2020 test was canceled, and there was no way for me to take the October 2020 PE, they told me “Sure, we can restore your service—for $700!” When I called to clear up the situation, I was accused of “trying to take advantage of the pandemic” when I literally had not ever finished using their service (probably only ever watched 20% of the videos) and literally upended my life mid-pandemic to move across the country just to stay employed.
