Nearly impossible to make changes. Currently, locked out of the app, 6 hours before school, even though it’s the same info the school has on file. We were also happy to have helped with your issue when you contacted us, so if there is anything else please reach out to us at support@swsplatform.com ### 2/5 — Just not that useful *2021-10-12* It ends up being the same thing as the fine print license agreements everyone is so used to having to just press “I agree” and never reads. ### 2/5 — Design makes you afraid to report symptoms *2021-03-03* The app is fine functionally, but the way the questions are posed, their coloring, that one has a green check and the other has an exclamation point all makes me afraid to pick a “bad” answer every morning. It’s a poor design if you want to elicit the truth from students who are terrified of doing something wrong. Through this app we have been able to ensure a much healthier environment for our students and teachers. The process is efficient and smooth for our arrival process and students and their families quickly adopted it as a new part of their morning routine.
