Does not accurately track the amount of funds in the account. Will load $20 in the account and then the next day it will say my child is down to $2.50. I have restrictions on the lunch account so I know the money is not being spent. Lunch is expensive enough as it is. And you want to charge me anywhere between $3-$5 to put money on my children’s account to eat?! I could see maybe 50 cents but add $3-$5 x at least 20 and that’s $70 to just put money on my children’s account a year if not more. So thanks for ripping us parents off. It takes multiple attempts to even get it logged in using facial recognition even though it accepts my face the first time. Once I’m finally logged in I try to view the lunch menu for my kids, 3 kids each at a different school at each school level. I’ll click my daughter at the middle school level lunch and it will start to show the lunch but glitches to breakfast on the lunch tab. Same with my boys at the high school and elementary levels.
