So I used my points and can’t even redeem it was especially when I can’t press the link to code button. It takes some time (up to 24 hours) for them to verify my report cards/grades but I get all my points with no problems. I went ahead and redeemed an amazon gift card and it took a little longer than expected. The owner ended up calling me to apologize and then sent me my gift card. 10/10 app and service! ### 3/5 — Could use some work *2024-03-07* It’s good but not great. Things I like: - gives you motivation - kind of easy to use - rewards good students Things I don’t like: - rewards take FOREVER to come. (They say it comes in a few days but it’s more of like months.) - lots of app issues - lack of variety in rewards. No gift Cards to choose and I sent them some grades of mine and still haven't got any points. (This was a week ago). Schoolconomy if you're having some issues or money problems tell us because you're just leaving us like this with no updates and no reasons on to what's going on. Do better ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-07-10, version 2.0.13* This app seems at first that it would be great. But once you try to redeem points, the gift card doesn't work. Meaning that eventually you will get a QR code for it (does not lead anywhere). And a thing that says link to the website that also doesn't work. It's only motivating if you never actually redeem for gift cards which defeats the whole point. That is a long time to wait. I eventually had to contact someone about it and then they rewarded her. If I hadn’t contacted someone she probably wouldn’t have gotten the reward. Now we are waiting for validation of grades since May 24 and none yet, June 8. I chose the option to log out since I did not receive the OTP. When I had attempted logging back in, it did now allow me when I hit the login button. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I really wanted to use the app today but this is inhibiting me from doing so.
