On the computer, it works great and easy, no problem. I get told that an app is available so that I can submit work orders from my phone. With how on the go my position is, I need the ability to submit work orders while I work. Steps I took: 1) download app, 2) enter email address, 3) check the terms & conditions block, 4) submit, 5) enter password (yes, I checked this multiple times and it works on the computer), 6) submit, 7) wait. Nothing happens past this. Nothing. No loading. No spinning circle of thinking. No verification of log in. If I could get past logging in, then I would be able to address this app with a review that pertains to its performance. ### 1/5 — Freeze issues *2017-07-27, version 2.2.3* This app has frozen up a few dozen times in the first couple days I've used. Limited accessibility for lower level employees. I don’t have anything crazy, like maybe 8 and it’s already ruined the app. I’ve uninstalled and everything, still does it. I clicked on the ? for more info, only to get stuck on a page from which there is no escape. Close the app and reopen only to find it on the same page. Delete app. Reinstall , try again , same crap. Help! ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Easy to Use *2015-08-25, version 1.1* The new Work Center App is simple to use and gives me all of the Work Order information in the palm of my hand. Create, Assign, and Complete Work Orders in one place without having to get into the web version. Time tracking is easy too with Starting, Pausing, and Completing the Work Order with just a few taps. Love the voice to text and predictive typing too. Can't wait to see what's next! ### 4/5 — Freezes up *2025-08-14, version 2.8.12* I’m enjoying WorkCenter.
