When one card payment is failed, app will keep on fail that card payment for N number of transactions without even sending request to bank for OTP. Payment will fail without entering into OTP page. Too bad design.

App navigation is not smooth. Payment transaction takes time to process, sometimes even days. They also charge ‘convenience’ charge of 0.37% even for UPI payments made from Bank account!
